Training Course Opening Ceremony

?Mediation skills are not only crucial in professional environments but also invaluable in daily life. It has not only eased court proceedings but also demonstrate the effectiveness of mediation in providing timely and mutually agreeable solutions.

This was stated by Attorney General at the Opening Ceremony of the annual training on Strategic Conflict Management for Professionals.

Yang Berhormat Datin Seri Paduka Dayang Hajah Nor Hashimah binti Haji Mohammed Taib also outlined that mediation skills can be effectively applied to resolve conflicts at communal, organisational, and personal levels, thereby enhancing communication and fostering understanding across various contexts. The opening ceremony took place this morning at the Public Service Department building.

Conducted by the Brunei Darussalam Arbitration Centre, BDAC, the training course was participated by the public and private sectors. It focused on equipping professionals with the skills and techniques necessary to help disputing parties resolv
e any differences or misunderstandings effectively.
