Thailand and Brunei Darussalam Strengthen Diplomatic Ties at National Day Reception.

Jerudong: Brunei Darussalam and the Kingdom of Thailand have committed to enhancing their cooperation by identifying new opportunities for mutual benefit. This commitment was highlighted by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Thailand to Brunei Darussalam during a reception on the evening of December 4th, in Jerudong. The event marked the National Day of the Kingdom of Thailand and the 40th Anniversary of Diplomatic Relations between the two nations.

According to Radio Television Brunei, Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Muhammad Juanda bin Haji Abdul Rashid, Minister of Development, represented the Government of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam at the event. Her Excellency Boosara Kanchanalai emphasized that the cooperation between Thailand and Brunei promotes people-to-people relations and fosters cross-cultural understanding, further strengthening the ASEAN Community.
