Tutong: The Kampung Layong Mosque Takmir Committee organised a Tahlil Ceremony and the reading of Doa Arwah at the mosque. The event was held to welcome the month of Ramadhan.
According to Radio Television Brunei, Awang Mohammad Sofian bin Haji Basri, Acting Tutong District Officer, was present at the ceremony. The gathering was aimed at fostering community spirit and spiritual reflection as the holy month of Ramadhan approaches.
