Tutong: A Tadarus Al-Qur'an ceremony was organized by the delegation of the Ministry of Home Affairs and its Departments, along with the Mukim and Village Consultative Council in Tutong District. The event took place at Kampung Penapar Mosque, Mukim Tanjong Maya.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the ceremony commenced with the reading of Surah Al-Fatihah, which was led by Awang Salminan bin Haji Burut, Permanent Secretary for Security and Welfare at the Ministry of Home Affairs. The event also included the reading of Tahlil and the presentation of endowments in the form of mosque necessities. Additionally, donations were presented to orphans in the village, marking a significant part of the ceremony.
