Sultan of Brunei Extends Congratulations to Singaporean Leaders on National Day

BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN — His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, has officially conveyed congratulatory messages to key Singaporean leaders on the occasion of Singapore’s 59th National Day. These leaders include His Excellency Tharman Shanmugaratnam, President of the Republic of Singapore; His Excellency Lawrence Wong, Prime Minister and Minister for Finance; and the Government and people of Singapore.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the Sultan’s messages reflect a gesture of goodwill and continued diplomatic relations between Brunei and Singapore, celebrating their mutual interests and historical ties on this significant national event. The messages aim to strengthen the bonds of friendship and cooperation as both nations look forward to fostering deeper bilateral relations.
