Bandar Seri Begawan: On efforts to ensure the well-being of students, Yang Berhormat Datin Seri Setia Doctor Dayang Hajah Romaizah binti Haji Md Salleh, Minister of Education explained that several initiatives have been implemented.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the school feeding plan (RPS) is provided to all government primary school students, totalling 23,472 students, along with 263 students living in hostels. In addition, the Harapan and Anak Harapan programmes involve 8,928 students for schools with over 50 percent recipients of annual school needs assistance (BKPT), supplementing the RPS programme.
