Royal Brunei Airlines Recognises as a 4-Star Major Airline.

California: Royal Brunei Airlines, RB has been awarded a Four-Star Major Airline rating by the Airline Passenger Experience Association, APEX. The award presentation took place on 20th October 2024, in California, United States of America.

According to Radio Television Brunei, receiving the award on behalf of RB was Awang Badarudin bin Haji Bagol, Acting Chief Operations Officer. The 2025 APEX ratings are based on nearly one million flights rated by passengers across almost 600 airlines globally. They reflect RB’s enduring commitment to improving passenger experiences and maintaining high standards in service.
