At least 185 participants joined the Third Series of the Promoting Reading Culture Webinar 2023 organised by the Language and Literature Bureau through the Library Division.
The working paper on literacy and reading level studies was delivered by Doctor Malai Zeiti binti Sheikh Abdul Hamid, Assistant Professor at Universiti Teknologi Brunei. Participants comprised government officials and staff, librarians and teaching staff locally and abroad.
