Kampung pulaie: Efforts to empower human capital among new converts in the country are being intensified through the launch of the Muallaf Icon Programme 2.0. The programme, themed "Jalan Lima", aims to strengthen a strong Muslim identity by internalising Islamic principles and forming noble morals. The opening ceremony was held at the Islamic Da'wah Centre in Kampung Pulaie.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the programme was officiated by Awang Haji Ahmad Abdussalam bin Haji Abd Rahman, the Acting Director of the Islamic Da'wah Centre. As a continuation of the 2024 edition, the programme introduces a new element with the 'Muallaf-Connect' or 'M-Connect' session, an inclusive peer platform designed to provide spiritual, mental, and emotional support to Muallaf youth. Over the next four months, participants will engage in various modules aimed at shaping them into qudwah, or role models, within society.
