PM Lauds Turkiye’s Efforts to Maintain Peace in South Asia

Islamabad: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has expressed gratitude for Turkiye’s efforts to promote de-escalation and maintain peace in South Asia.

According to Radio Pakistan, in a post on his X handle, the Prime Minister mentioned the telephonic conversation held with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan. He highlighted Pakistan’s appreciation for the prayers of Turkish brethren for the martyrs of the recent missile strikes carried out by India.

Shehbaz Sharif emphasized that Pakistan is committed to protecting its sovereignty and territorial integrity at all costs.
