MANILA: The Office of the President has announced the reconstitution of its Human Resource Merit Promotion and Selection Board (HRMPSB) and the Program on Awards and Incentives for Service Excellence (OP-PRAISE) Committee.
According to Philippines News Agency, Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin, under Memorandum Orders 24 and 25 issued on May 2, designated the Deputy Executive Secretary for Finance and Administration as the chair of both committees. The restructuring aims to enhance the governance of career position promotions and service excellence within the presidential office. The HRMPSB includes members from various departments within the Office of the President, ensuring diverse representation in decision-making processes related to human resources and promotions.
