Personal Gifts Ceremony Held in Tutong District

Tutong: Gracing the presentation of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam’s Personal Gifts ceremony in Tutong District as His Majesty’s personal representative was His Royal Highness Prince ‘Abdul Wakeel ibni His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah. The event took place at the Main Hall of the Civic Centre Complex, where the arrival of His Royal Highness was warmly welcomed by Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Haji Awang Nazmi bin Haji Awang Mohamad, Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the ceremony commenced with the recital of Surah Al-Fatihah and a Doa Selamat, both led by Dato Seri Setia Dr. Awang Haji Mazanan bin Haji Yusof. During the event, His Royal Highness Prince ‘Abdul Wakeel consented to present His Majesty’s Personal Gifts to a total of one thousand recipients from the Tutong District.
