Islamic Da’wah Centre Organizes ‘Raya Muhibbah’ Programme in Tutong District


Tutong: The Islamic Da’wah Centre, Ministry of Religious Affairs, through the Tutong District Dakwah Unit Office, recently held a ‘Raya Muhibbah’ Programme, aimed at celebrating Hari Raya Aidilfitri with new converts in the Tutong District. This initiative was part of a larger visit programme designed to foster community spirit and inclusivity.



According to Radio Television Brunei, the event was graced by the presence of Awang Haji Abdul Rajid bin Haji Mohd Salleh, the Director of the Islamic Dakwah Centre. The programme included the presentation of hampers to participants, symbolizing the spirit of sharing and community support.



The ‘Raya Muhibbah’ Programme also served as a platform to promote the teachings of Islam, while simultaneously fostering tolerance and strengthening relationships among people of different religious and cultural backgrounds. This initiative underscores the commitment of the Islamic Da’wah Centre to build harmonious communities through understanding and mutual respect.
