Weather conditions, climate and long-term forecast for the Inter-Monsoon period became the focus of the 17th National Weather Briefing yesterday morning.
A briefing on the Inter-Monsoon was delivered by Dayang Harnina binti Morani, meteorologist from the Brunei Darussalam Meteorological Department. Meanwhile, a briefing on disaster management in the country was delivered by Awangku Muhd Naaim Syafii bin Pengiran Haji Besman, disaster management officer from the National Disaster Management Centre. The briefings aimed to facilitate user groups and the public in making plans as well as early actions to face any weather condition.
