Bandar seri begawan: The Grand Assembly and Procession of the National Level Maulidur Rasul Shallallahu ‘Alaihi Wasallam’ Celebration for 1447 Hijrah will be held simultaneously in all four districts on Saturday, 6th of September 2025, at 7 in the morning.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the focal point of the celebration will be at Taman Haji Sir Muda Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien, Bandar Seri Begawan. In Belait District, the assembly and procession will be held at Padang Bandaran, Jalan Sultan, Kuala Belait; in Tutong District, at Tutong District Civic Centre Complex Field; and in Temburong District at Bangar Town Civic Centre Complex.
A Special Women’s Assembly will also be held in conjunction with the celebration. In Belait District, the event will take place at the Kuala Belait Conference Hall; in Tutong District, at the Ma’had Islam Brunei Hall; and in Temburong District, at the Main Hall of the Civic Centre Complex, Bangar Town. This year’s celebration is themed ‘Rasulullah Shallallahu ‘Alaihi Wasallam Adalah Teladan Keluarga Sakinah, Mawaddah Warahmah.’
