Bandar seri begawan: The Ministry of Finance and Economy, along with its departments, organized a Tahlil ceremony to honor the late Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Al-Marhumah Duli Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Damit, and Al-Marhum His Royal Highness Prince Haji 'Abdul 'Azim. The event was held at the Royal Mausoleum in conjunction with the holy month of Ramadhan on the afternoon of February 24th.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the ceremony was attended by Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Doctor Awang Haji Mohd Amin Liew bin Abdullah, who serves as the Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Second Minister of Finance and Economy. Also in attendance was Dato Seri Paduka Awang Haji Khairuddin bin Haji Abdul Hamid, the Deputy Minister of Finance and Economy for Economy.
