The exhibition galleries at Balai Khazanah Islam Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah will be re-opened to the public starting Monday 18 Jamadilawal 1444 Hijrah corresponding to 12 December 2022.
At the media conference on the reopening of the exhibition galleries, Doctor Haji Awang Mohammed Hussain bin Pehin Penyurat Haji Awang Ahmad, Acting Director of Balai Khazanah Islam Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah disseminated important information on the reopening. There are nine galleries at Balai Khazanah Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah with the first gallery is the Kebestarian Raja gallery, second is the Mushaf gallery, the third showcases the hair of Prophet Muhammad Sallallahu ‘Alaihi Wassalam, fourth is the qashr sahabat gallery. The other five galleries are named warisan ilmu satu, warisan ilmu dua, as well as showcase signs of Allah Subhanahu Wata’ala’s greatness, astronomy and Islamic art – tongkat and tasbih.
The galleries at the Balai Khazanah will be reopened to the public from 9 in the morning until 5 in the afternoon every day except for Friday. Entry tickets can be obtained at the ticket counters in the Balai Khazanah Islam Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah building.
