Bandar Seri Begawan: The Malam Munajat Programme, organized by the Ministry of Religious Affairs, emphasized the spiritual significance of performing Wuquf in Arafah. The programme, held on the night of May 31st, included a talk titled “Kelebihan Hari Arafah,” which discussed the benefits of fasting on the day of Arafah, such as the elimination of sins from two years.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the programme has been conducted 85 times and was attended by the country’s intending haj pilgrims from Makkah Al-Mukarramah. Pengiran Haji Haslin bin Pengiran Haji Ali, Head of the Brunei Darussalam Haj Pilgrim Affairs Office, led the Special Doa for Health and Well-being. The event saw participation from Takmir Committee Members and congregants from various mosques, suraus, and religious halls across the country.
