Legislative Council Members Raise Concerns About Roadworks, Business Development, and Bullying

Bandar Seri Begawan: During the deliberation, several supplementary questions were raised by Members of the Legislative Council namely Yang Berhormat Awang Haji Salleh Bostaman bin Haji Zainal Abidin; Yang Berhormat Awang Haji Mohd Salleh bin Haji Othman; and Yang Berhormat Dayang Hajah Rosmawatty binti Haji Abdul Momin.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the issues discussed included the quality of road repair works and the condition of roads in rural areas. Additionally, the impact of local business development on job opportunities was addressed. Another concern raised was the high number of bullying cases, particularly between boys and girls.
