This perspective is based on the belief that mental illnesses stem from the heart, necessitating heart-focused treatment for affected individuals. The State Mufti emphasized this point at the Launching Ceremony of a bilingual book by the State Mufti Department, Prime Minister's Office, titled "Raja Kita Pelopor Rawatan Bersepadu Mental". Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Seri Maharaja Dato Paduka Seri Setia Doctor Ustaz Haji Awang Abdul Aziz bin Juned highlighted that His Majesty has consistently expressed similar concerns in messages over the past two years. This consistent advocacy supports His Majesty being recognized as the "Pelopor Rawatan Bersepadu Mental" or "Pioneer of Integrated Mental Treatment".
According to Radio Television Brunei, Yang Berhormat the State Mufti noted that, until now, no other parties have advocated for integrated mental treatment as His Majesty has. Should the Monarch's vision be realized by Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala's grace, it would position Brunei as the sole country globally offering integrated mental treatment.
The event also featured the presentation of endowment books to libraries of Public and Higher Education Institutions.
