Bandar Seri Begawan: At the International Convention Centre Lobby, His Royal Highness the Crown Prince consented to view the latest books published by the State Mufti Department and Sultan Sharif Ali Islamic University, UNISSA.
According to Radio Television Brunei, fourteen volumes of fatwa collections have been issued by the State Mufti from 1994 to 2023. Meanwhile, another thirteen books were published by the Research and Publication Centre, UNISSA. Notable publications include the “Khazanah Mazhab Syafi’i in Brunei Darussalam Book” and “Mazhab Syafi’i in the Malay World.”
The Mazhab Syafi’i International Conference aims to raise awareness about the importance of ensuring that the heritage of Mazhab Shafi’ continues to flourish, be understood, and practiced.
