Knowledge Sharing Programme


A Record Preservation and Conservation Knowledge Sharing Programme or penBORNEO organised by the Brunei History Centre through the Borneo Research Centre Division, penBORNEO aimed to share relevant knowledge in the field of record preservation and conservation. Themed “Hargai Rekod Kitani”, the programme took place 19th August morning at the Borneo Research Centre, penBORNEO.

The knowledge sharing was delivered by Awang Ataillah bin Haji Julaihi, Brunei History Centre’s Preservation Officer. The programme was attended by 40 participants comprising officers and staff from the government and private sectors and several higher education institutions. Present was Pengiran Hajah Mahani binti Pengiran Haji Ahmad, Acting Head of Brunei History Centre. There was also an exhibition and a demonstration on basic record preservation and conservation.
