Khatam Al-Qur’an Ceremony Marks Politeknik Brunei’s 11th Convocation

Bandar seri begawan: 819 graduands of Politeknik Brunei participated in a Khatam Al-Quran Ceremony in conjunction with its 11th Convocation Ceremony. It was held at Masjid Universiti, Universiti Brunei Darussalam, on the morning of October 9th.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah was led by Awang Haji Mohammad Rosli bin Haji Ibrahim, Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Religious Affairs. This was followed by the reading of Takhtim by the khatam participants. The event aimed to uphold the Quran as the foundation of all knowledge.
