Berakas: Kasuka Ar Rawda has officially secured the Brunei Elite Futsal League championship this season, maintaining an unbeaten record despite a challenging draw against Majlis Sukan Angkatan Bersenjata Diraja Brunei (MS ABDB). Meanwhile, Almerez Hi Tune FC climbed to second place after a decisive 11-1 victory over DDT FC at the Multipurpose Hall of Hassanal Bolkiah National Sports Complex on the night of May 17.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the first match saw Almerez Hi Tune FC face off against DDT FC. Almerez Hi Tune FC dominated the first half, establishing a 4-0 lead. The second half continued in similar fashion, with Almerez Hi Tune FC adding seven more goals. DDT FC managed a consolation goal in the 35th minute, but the match concluded with a resounding score of 11-1 in favor of Almerez Hi Tune FC.
In the subsequent match, league champions Kasuka Ar Rawda were pitted against MS ABDB. Kasuka Ar Rawda took an early lead in the 3rd minute and doubled their advantage by the 16th minute. The second half saw MS ABDB narrow the deficit with a goal in the 21st minute and equalize at 2-2 in the 33rd minute. MS ABDB briefly took the lead with a 3-2 scoreline, but Kasuka Ar Rawda quickly responded, leveling the match at 3-3 just two minutes later.
