Jerudong International Students Participate in Charity Aid Programme in Temburong


TEMBURONG — On June 29th, twenty-eight students from Jerudong International School participated in a visit to Sultan Hassan Bangar Primary School as part of the Borneo Twitchers Charity Aid Programme.



According to Radio Television Brunei, the visit, supported by the ‘Borneo Twitchers’ travel agency, is part of the Duke of Edinburgh’s Gold Award activities. This charity event, which is a collaboration between the travel agency, Kampung Belingus Consultative Council, and Jerudong International School, is set to run for eight days, concluding on July 4th. It takes place at the Kampung Belingus Community Hall and aims to expose students to community service work.



The Charity Aid Programme is designed to enhance students’ understanding and involvement in community development, while fostering a spirit of volunteerism and social responsibility.
