Jelajah Muallaf Programme 3.0 Strengthens Community Ties Through Engagement and Support

Temburong: Jelajah Muallaf, a community initiative programme themed ‘Dari mualaf kepada mualaf’, aimed to support and enhance the well-being of the muallaf community in the country through direct interaction and assistance. The Jelajah Muallaf Programme 3.0 was held on the morning of 21st September, facilitated by the Muallaf As-Syahadah Youth in collaboration with the Temburong Da’wah Unit, Islamic Da’wah Centre, at the Kampung Sibut Religious Hall, Temburong District.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the event was attended by Awang Haji Abdul Rajid bin Haji Mohd Salleh, Director of the Islamic Da’wah Centre, Ministry of Religious Affairs. The programme featured a variety of activities, including Hi-Moment sharing, futsal games, a family Explorace, and a prize presentation ceremony for the winners. Additionally, donations in the form of goods were presented to the residents of Kampung Sibut and its surrounding areas.

The initiative, driven by the Muallaf As-Syahadah Youth, sought to fortify connections with the muallaf community, particularly in rural areas, thereby fostering a sense of unity and shared purpose.
