Festive Performances Light Up Stages Across the Nation in Honor of 79th Birthday Celebration

Bandar seri begawan: Various performances continued to enliven the Festive Stage in conjunction with His Majesty’s 79th Birthday Celebration. The festive stage in the capital was enlivened with a showcase organized by the Headline Band. Present was Yang Berhormat Awang Lawi bin Haji Lamat, Member of the Legislative Council.

According to Radio Television Brunei, in Belait District, the festive stage showcased a ‘Pendekar Awang Maharu’ performance by Latup Entertainment. The ‘Malam Suara Perdana PMKK’ performance organized by the Mukim and Village Institution, Tutong District Office, enlivened the Tutong District Festive Stage. Present were Yang Berhormat Awang Abdul Aziz bin Haji Hamdan, Member of the Legislative Council, and Awang Haji Mohammad Sofian bin Haji Basri, Acting Tutong District Officer.

A theatre performance from Rumpun Kesenian Insan Sastera (Rakis) Universiti Brunei Darussalam enlivened the festive stage in Temburong District. Present was Awang Hassan Baha bin Haji Umar, Acting Temburong District Officer.
