Gadong: The SEAMEO VOCTECH Regional Centre, in collaboration with the Colombo Plan Staff College, hosted a significant high-level sharing forum attended by over 50 policymakers, educators, and industry leaders from the Asia-Pacific region. The event, held on the morning of June 5, is an integral part of the training programme titled “Integrating Entrepreneurship and Technopreneurship into the TVET Curriculum,” which spans five days and concludes on June 6.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the forum provided a dynamic platform for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) stakeholders to explore and discuss innovative methods for embedding entrepreneurial competencies within vocational education systems. The initiative is aimed at enhancing the educational curriculum to better prepare students for the evolving demands of the professional world.
The collaborative effort underscores the importance of adapting educational frameworks to include entrepreneurship and technopreneurship, thereby fostering a more versatile and resilient workforce capable of meeting future challenges.
