Bandar Seri Begawan: The HECAS online application for the August 2025 intake for the Academic Session 2025/2026 to local Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) including Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD), Sultan Sharif Ali Islamic University (UNISSA), Universiti Teknologi Brunei (UTB), Politeknik Brunei (PB), and for the Brunei Government Overseas Scholarship under the Department of Scholarship Management, Ministry of Education will commence on Tuesday, 21st January 2025 at 9 in the morning and will be closed on Tuesday, 25th February 2025 at 3 in the afternoon.

The application process is crucial for students aiming to secure placements in the aforementioned institutions or to obtain scholarships for overseas education funded by the Brunei Government.
