Kuala belait: A blood donation campaign organized by the Fire and Rescue Department, Belait District Operations B Branch, successfully collected 70 pints of blood in conjunction with its 66th anniversary. The event took place at the Municipal Hall, Kuala Belait, on the morning of May 23rd, in collaboration with the Blood Donation Centre at Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha Hospital.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the campaign aimed to boost the blood supply at the hospital for patients in need. It also served to strengthen the relationship between the Fire and Rescue Department and the local community through welfare and community activities.
