Fathul Barakah 6.0 Project Supports New Converts in Belait District
Belait: The Fathul Barakah 6.0 project is dedicated to supporting the well-being of Mualaf, or new converts, by assisting them in their preparations for the upcoming Ramadhan. The project extended its reach to new converts in the rural areas of Belait District with a donation presentation held at Al-Mashor Mosque, Mukim Bukit Sawat, on the morning of February 22nd.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the donations were presented by Yang Berhormat Awang Mohammad bin Abdullah @ Lim Swee Ann, a Member of the Legislative Council. A total of 40 families residing in Mukim Bukit Sawat, Mukim Labi, and Mukim Sukang received donations in the form of basic necessities.
The initiative aims to provide essential support to new converts, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support as they prepare for Ramadhan. The event highlighted the community’s commitment to inclusivity and support for new members of the faith.
