Post: DTI Launches ‘Noche Buena Diskwento’ Caravan in Pangasinan

Pangasinan - The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) in Pangasinan has launched the 'Noche Buena Diskwento' caravan, offering consumers discounts on holiday products. DTI Pangasinan provincial director Natalia Dalaten announced the start of the caravan in various malls starting Thursday.

According to Philippines News Agency, Dalaten encouraged consumers to take advantage of the at least 10 percent discounts offered by participating retailers, including the Magic Group of Companies and CSI stores. She advised shoppers to buy their Noche Buena items gradually to avoid overlooking expiration dates and potential price hikes as the holiday season approaches. Dalaten also confirmed that the current suggested retail prices for Noche Buena products are still in effect, as no new price adjustments have been announced. In addition to promoting the caravan, Dalaten warned the public about the importance of ensuring the quality of Christmas decorations, especially lights. She emphasized the necessity of checking for Philippine Standard (PS) Quality and/or Safety Mark and Import Commodity Clearance stickers on these products to prevent fire-related incidents.
