Donation Presentation and Breaking of the Fast with Orphans Held at Dewan Indah Biru Lugu

Lugu: The Donation Presentation Ceremony and breaking of the fast with orphans from Kampung Kupang, Kampung Katimahar, and Kampung Lugu was held at Dewan Indah Biru Lugu on 19th March 2025. Over 60 orphans from the three villages received donations in an event jointly organised by Ji De Care Society and Lugu Light Industrial Park. The event was sponsored by Hamitan Group, Jaya Hypermart, Honey Carsmart, and Kingston Beverage and Creamery Sendirian Berhad.

According to Radio Television Brunei, another event, the ‘Bersama Sungkai Charity’ Event, was held for 25 children from SMARTER Brunei and their families. This event, jointly organised by Arno Zoey Wonderland, Han SL Sendirian Berhad, and Hing Chew Motor Work, took place in a shopping complex in Kampung Salambigar on the afternoon of 19th March. Yang DiMuliakan Pehin Orang Kaya Laila Perkasa Retired Colonel Dato Paduka Awang Haji Mahdini bin Dato Paduka Haji Basir was present at the event, which also included a donation presentation from Han SL Sendirian Berhad and Hing Chew Motor Work.
