‘Dibuang Sayang’ Programme Provides Essential Aid to Underprivileged

Kampung Mentiri: The ‘Dibuang Sayang’ Programme is offering the underprivileged an opportunity to receive donated necessities from February 16th to 24th. The initiative aims to support those in need by distributing pre-loved items and accessories.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the programme was launched by Yang Berhormat Awang Lawi bin Haji Lamat, a Member of the Legislative Council. Organised by the Area Two, RPN Mentiri Consultative Council Women’s Bureau and Committee, the programme invites those in need to collect donations at Number 15, Simpang 13, Jalan D, RPN Kampung Mentiri. The distribution occurs daily from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

Additionally, donations have been extended to flood victims from neighbouring countries, showcasing the programme’s commitment to broader humanitarian support.
