According to a news release by Philippine News Agency,While emphasizing the need for quick yet secure procedures, especially for barangays, Garcia noted, “We are trying hard to streamline or shorten the process for their good and welfare. But we cannot sacrifice certain parts of our process and that’s very important.” ARTA Director General Ernesto Perez also spoke at the event, urging improved efficiency for the benefit of more Filipinos through the easing of doing business.
