Civil Service Day Exhibition Highlights AI Integration in Government Programs

Bandar seri begawan: The evolution of government programmes and initiatives in improving efficacy, connectivity, and service delivery was highlighted at the 32nd Civil Service Day Special Exhibition that carried the theme ‘Digital Transformation and Innovation Based on Artificial Intelligence in Civil Service.’ His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam took a closer look at the exhibition. Also present were His Majesty’s sons, brother, and sister.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the exhibition included excerpts of His Majesty’s titah on Artificial Intelligence, AI and digitalisation, technology governance policies and transformation plans.

Government agency projects and initiatives to support inclusive and responsible digital transformation were also showcased. Also highlighted was the policy making, digital transformation, and AI application in civil service in the education, health, and economic sectors.

The Civil Service Day celebration acted as an avenue for civil servants to continue to improve their work quality and innovate service delivery.
