Nationwide: Primary and secondary schools, colleges, and sixth form centres across Brunei Darussalam participated in the 42nd National Day celebration, held simultaneously in the four districts. The celebrations aim to expose the younger generation, particularly students, to the significance of independence while instilling values of loyalty and love for the country.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Arabic School hosted its celebration on the morning of February 24th. The event featured the reading of doa, a preview of His Majesty's Titah for the National Day, and an oath reading ceremony.
Maktab Duli Pengiran Muda Al-Muhtadee Billah also conducted a similar celebration. This initiative is hoped to reinforce the spirit of unity, patriotism, and nationhood among students.
