Bandar Seri Begawan – The Brunei Darussalam Nurses Association, PENJURU, recently organized a forum focused on 'Nursing and Midwifery Leadership and Management' or 'Kepimpinan dan Pengurusan Kejururawatan dan Perbidanan'. This event provided a platform for professionals to discuss clinical practice, education, and management issues in nursing and midwifery.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the forum attracted a hundred participants from various government and non-government hospitals across the country. The primary focus of the forum was on the impact of leadership and management skills in enhancing efficient, quality, and safe healthcare delivery. The event aimed to foster dialogue and knowledge exchange among nursing professionals.
