Brunei Celebrates Academic Excellence with Outstanding Graduate Award Ceremony

BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN — Fourteen graduates who have excelled academically under His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam’s government scholarship schemes were honored in an award ceremony.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the ceremony took place on June 29 at the Dewan Auditorium, Balai Khazanah Islam Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah. Plaques and certificates were awarded by Yang Berhormat Datin Seri Setia Doctor Dayang Hajah Romaizah binti Haji Md Salleh, Minister of Education. The graduates, all of whom achieved First Class Bachelor’s Degrees through the Government’s Scholarship Scheme to study abroad and the Education Loan Assistance Scheme, were recognized for their outstanding achievements. The event serves not only as recognition but also as an inspiration for other students to excel in their academic endeavors.
