Speaking at the 34th Meeting of the ASEAN Directors-General of Customs on the morning of June 3rd, the Deputy Minister of Finance and Economy for Fiscal encouraged ASEAN Customs to engage actively and participate in knowledge and experience sharing for mutual benefits. The meeting, which was organized by the Royal Customs and Excise Department, Ministry of Finance and Economy, took place in Gadong.

These developments underscore the importance of ASEAN unity and the role of Customs administrations in safeguarding trade flows and supporting economic resilience. The meeting saw participation from delegations of ASEAN, Timor-Leste, ASEAN Secretariat, and ASEAN Dialogue Partners.
