The capital: The 44th Meeting of the ASEAN Coordinating Committee on Customs (CCC) commenced on Friday, inaugurated by Awang Muhammad Azizil Hakim bin Haji Brahim, Acting Controller of Royal Customs and Excise. Hosted by the Royal Customs and Excise Department, Ministry of Finance and Economy, the meeting is set to run until Thursday at a local hotel.
According to Radio Television Brunei, in his opening remarks, Awang Muhammad Azizil Hakim bin Haji Brahim underscored the significant role of the CCC in promoting regional economic integration, trade facilitation, and the effective implementation of ASEAN customs initiatives. The meeting provides a platform for constructive dialogue and aims to produce outcomes that will advance ASEAN's collective goals.
