Kampung tungku/katok: In conjunction with National Family Day 2025, the Pengiran Muda Abdul Malik Mosque, in collaboration with the Kampung Tungku Katok Consultative Council, organized a Hijrah Walkathon. The 2.4-kilometre walkathon not only promotes a healthy lifestyle but also serves as a platform to strengthen family and community ties, aligning with the spirit of National Family Day and the meaning of hijrah itself. The event took place at the Pengiran Muda Abdul Malik Mosque, Kampung Tungku/Katok area.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the walkathon is an initiative to encourage more community-based activities that foster unity and togetherness. Participants from various age groups joined the event, emphasizing the importance of family bonding and community engagement.
