Bandar seri begawan: Residents of Kampung Limau Manis, Mukim Pengkalan Batu participated in the election to choose their new Village Head. The Voting and Candidate Selection Ceremony took place at Panglima Barudin Primary School, Kampung Limau Manis on the morning of August 17th.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the event was attended by several notable figures including Yang Berhormat Awang Zainol bin Mohamed, a Member of the Legislative Council, and Pengiran Muhammad Ameer Mubaarak bin Pengiran Haji Hashim, the Acting Brunei Muara District Officer. Awang Firdaus bin Haji Gapar was the sole candidate for the position of village head.
