Belait: The Kampung Bukit Sawat Consultative Council organised the Bukit Sawat Carnival in conjunction with His Majesty’s 79th Birthday Celebration. It was held at Sungai Mau Recreational Park, Belait District. The event was inaugurated by Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Ahmaddin bin Haji Abdul Rahman, Minister of Home Affairs.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the 10th edition of the festival featured a variety of activities and provided an opportunity for local vendors to showcase their products to the public. The carnival aimed to bring the community together and celebrate local culture through various events and exhibitions.
