Post: Turkish Cuisine Culinary Workshop Held in Brunei

BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN - The rich culinary heritage of Turkiye, encompassing the flavors of the Middle East, the Mediterranean, and historically tied to the Ottoman Empire, was showcased at a culinary workshop in Brunei. The event took place on the afternoon of January 20th at the Culinary School, Laksamana College of Business.

According to Radio Television Brunei, The workshop, organized by the Yunus Emre Institute (YEE) in collaboration with the Embassy of the Republic of Turkiye, was graced by the presence of His Excellency Professor Doctor Hamit Ersoy, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Turkiye to Brunei Darussalam. During the event, Ambassador Ersoy expressed his hope that the workshop would bring participants closer to Turkish culture. The attendees had the opportunity to learn and cook traditional Turkish dishes, further enhancing their understanding of Turkiye's culinary traditions. The event concluded with the presentation of certificates to the participants.
