The "Strategic Conflict Management For Professionals" training programme, which was held for 5 days, ended on 1st July night, with certificates presentation. The programme jointly organised by Brunei Darussalam Arbitration Centre, BDAC and Singapore Mediation Centre, SMC, was held at the centre in Kumbang Pasang.
24 participants from the government and private sectors joined the training programme that among others covered the application of interest-based conflict management in mediation; identify the stages of mediation; apply communication tools and techniques to manage parties.
