Temporary Road Closures Impact Key Routes in Brunei

Bandar seri begawan: Half of the road at Jalan Tutong is temporarily closed from 2nd October 2025. The closure is due to construction of the footbridge at Jalan Tutong near Orang Kaya Setia Bakti Kilanas Primary School. The closure is carried out from 9 in the evening until 5 in the morning depending on weather condition.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the road at Utama Berakas Flyover is also temporarily closed, from 3rd of October until 6th of October, from 9 in the morning until works are completed. This closure is due to road repair works at the slip road to Muara. Road users are advised to take extra caution as well as to comply with the traffic road signs and the speed limit.
