Tadarus Ceremony Enlivens Mosques Nationwide During Ramadhan

Kampung Jerudong: The Tadarus ceremony at mosques nationwide continues to enliven this glorious month. The Youth Affairs Division, Mosque Affairs Department, Ministry of Religious Affairs, and Takmir Committee members, in collaboration with the Youth Group of Al-Ameerah Al-Hajjah Maryam Mosque, Kampung Jerudong, held a Khatam Al-Qur’an Ceremony for the Mosques Youth Group Nationwide in conjunction with Tadarus Al-Qur’an during Ramadhan and Tahlil for Al-Marhum His Royal Highness Prince Haji Abdul Azim. It was held this afternoon at Al-Ameerah Al-Hajjah Maryam Mosque, Kampung Jerudong.

According to Radio Television Brunei, present at the ceremony was Yang Berhormat Pehin Udana Khatib Dato Paduka Seri Setia Ustaz Haji Awang Badaruddin bin Pengarah Dato Paduka Haji Awang Othman, Minister of Religious Affairs. Also in attendance was Pengiran Dato Seri Paduka Haji Mohamad Tashim bin Pengiran Haji Hassan, Deputy Minister of Religious Affairs. The event aimed to glorify mosques nationwide with religious activities and encourage the youth to read Al-Qur’an at all times, especially during Ramadhan.
