Bandar Seri Begawan: The Opening Ceremony of Tadarus Al-Qur'an for members of the Brunei Darussalam Women's Council was held on the morning of 2nd March. This annual event is part of the activities designed to honor the holy month and encourage engagement with the Al-Qur'an.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the ceremony commenced with the reading of Surah Al-Fatihah by Pengiran Datin Paduka Hajah Mariam binti Pengiran Haji Matarsat, who serves as Vice President One of the Women's Council. A total of 13 women associations from across the country participated in the event. The ceremony aims to deepen the participants' connection with the Al-Qur'an and strengthen relationships among the council members.
