Signing of Scholarship Award Agreement for Sultan’s Scholar Beneficiaries

Bandar seri begawan: Five students who received the Sultan’s Scholar scholarship award from Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah for the 2025/2026 academic session signed the Scholarship Award Agreement. The ceremony was held at the Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Complex on the afternoon of September 4th.

According to Radio Television Brunei, present at the event was Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Lailaraja Retired Major General Dato Paduka Seri Awang Haji Halbi bin Haji Mohd Yussof, Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office and Second Minister of Defence, who also serves as the Chairman of the Yayasan Board of Directors. Signing on behalf of Yayasan was Dato Seri Paduka Awang Haji Sufian bin Haji Sabtu, Deputy Minister For Security and Law at the Prime Minister’s Office, acting as the Managing Director of Yayasan. He was accompanied by Retired Major Awang Sopian bin Haji Mohammad Yassin, Assistant Managing Director of Yayasan.
